One of the trickiest parts of casting a radio show has nothing to do with finding great talent. That should be a priority for each cast member. Nor is it about identifying hosts and cohosts. That’s a little tougher, but strong management can work through that process. The hardest part is getting character roles right.

Character roles are tricky because they’re somewhat subjective. But it’s one of the most important parts of putting the personality puzzle together.
