A station trunk-or-treat creates more sponsorship inventory than almost any other community event. This two-slide PowerPoint template helps you sell all of it.
Slide 1 is the event overview: “[Station] Trunk-or-Treat,” with the date, venue, expected attendance and three reasons to be there: the event, the promotion, and the goodwill of being part of a family’s Halloween. Slide 2 is the sponsorship menu: a Presenting Sponsor, Activity Sponsors (costume parade, safety station, photo booth, candy reserve, glow sticks or Best Trunk), and Sponsored Trunks for small businesses, each with its assets and a single investment number, plus the recap promise that sets up next year’s renewal.
The design matches the Halloween Sponsor Package Template: dark night background, pumpkin-orange accents, and every element fully editable.
How To Use the Trunk-or-Treat Sponsorship Template
- Replace everything in [brackets]: station, date, time, venue, number of trunks, expected attendance, promotion dates, prices and contact information.
- Add local proof. Last year’s attendance, photos, or RSVPs sell better than any adjective.
- Price on value. One number per level. Price sponsored trunks as an easy yes for small businesses, and sell them in volume.
- Get programming’s sign-off on every on-air promise before it’s pitched.
- Read the speaker notes. Each slide includes customization tips. Delete them before sending to a client.
