Which is the best membership level for me?
It all depends on how you’ll use Insiders. A Basic membership ($19.99/month) includes all the content and access to the monthly live webinar. Plus members ($29.99/month) also get access to our library of webinars on demand. And Pro members ($39.99) get all that, plus a free monthly eBook and a membership to Personality Magnet, a daily show prep service that also includes weekly video training (a $19.99/month value).

Are there any discounts available?
Yes, we offer a 25% price break for students (all levels) and non-commercial stations. To get your discount, send me a message and I’ll provide a code to use at check out.

Hey Tracy, you’re my consultant. How do I sign up for free?
No problem. Just register as a new user and choose the Pro Annual option. At checkout, enter your station’s discount code. The PD or GM should have it. If not, just send me a note and I’ll get you set up.

How do I pay for Insiders?
When you sign up, enter your credit card information. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Checkout with confidence in the secure online form. If your company requires an invoice and wishes to pay by check, we will do that for annual membership plans. Contact me to set it up.

When will I be charged?
You will be charged $1 for your 14-day trial when signing up. After the trial period, your first monthly or annual payment will be charged. The payment will recur each month or year on the same date.

What if I want to cancel?
No problem. There’s no long-term obligation. Subscribers can simply cancel their account in the billing tab in account settings after logging in.
