There are multiple considerations, but one of the most important aspects is casting the show so every personality knows how to perform the role.
In radio, many problems arise when talent doesn’t know what is expected of them or how they should interact with other characters on the show. Many potentially great shows are ruined when management doesn’t actively manage role performance.
For an example, let’s look at one of the all-time great television shows, Seinfeld.
