Snaps is an all-time great segment. For best results, you need a show with more than two people on it.

There are two keys to the bit:

  1. Two personalities on the show-and ONLY those two personalities (unless you add ringers that participate on the phone, too)-can know how it works.
  2. Those two have to practice a lot before doing it on the air so that it’s smooth and undetectable.

The premise is that one host claims that they have discovered an extra-sensory perception skill. They can tell what the other person is thinking by the snapping of fingers.
