A barrier for personalities passing through the five stages of growth in their Personality Success Path is simply becoming familiar enough to gain traction with listeners. The audience is not listening much. Every opportunity should be used to demonstrate a stronger personality presence.
Talent needs frequent exposure to advance through the first two stages of the Personality Success Path (Introduction and Familiarity). That doesn’t mean they need to talk more; they need to increase their presence to make an impression.
