Find a way to fill the roles of a producer on your show. But are you not sure what a producer is or should do? That answer varies, but there are some basic traits for radio producers that should be the standard.
A strong producer fills many functions on a winning radio show, but several skills are essential. Shows fortunate enough to have a producer should insist on these qualities.
